Truck/Trailer Mechanic

Jet Repair is currently seeking to build our team of mechanics at all levels. If you have experience with trucks, diagnostics, diesel, trailer, DEF systems, tires, safety inspections, welding/fabrication, or road work, Jet Repair wants you.

We are also looking for entry level mechanics that are eager to learn. If you have an automotive background, we will consider training the right person.

We are also looking to hire a shop helper.

Responsibilities:

• Repair trucks, buses, and other motor vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanic
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $26.00 per hour
