NV-10As an UX Researcher, you will enhance the user experience of our members, clients and internal users by taking charge of the UX research activities for digital projects.

You will advise and coach the project teams. You will propose and conduct the appropriate research, whether in the laboratory, online or in the field. You will prepare and present the results of your research along with concrete actions to the project teams, making sure that the teams meet business objectives.

You will help solve complex problems. These will require analysis and in-depth knowledge of business and a solid understanding of UX research methodologies to step in at the right time in the product development roadmaps. You will be called upon to interact with the various parties involved who work in complementary fields, which requires good interpersonal relationship management skills.Additionalresponsibilities

Work with our partners so as to understand their (design) objectives and business needs

Define the appropriate methodologies that adequately meet the objectives

Perform the analysis and draft the analysis reports relating to the tests carried out

Prepare and moderate UX testing

Help monitor the best research and user experience trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field

A minimum of six years of relevant experience

Master’s degree (an asset)

Experience producing research and analysis reports

Experience managing complex files requiring a rigorous and structured approach as well as a highly developed ability to see the overall picture

Experience with Agile, ResearchOps, Design Sprint and Design Thinking approaches

Please note that other combinaisons of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods to research user Web and mobile experience

Knowledge of eye-tracking tools and technologies as well as physiological measurements such as FaceReader and EDA

Knowledge of the Optimal Workshop suite

Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English
