V.I.E. Business Developer Northern Europe – Nautical sector Job in Nantes (44) at TEMO –


To actively participate in the decarbonization and dynamization of the yachting industry by promoting TEMO’s range of innovative electric motors !

Your mission :

Business development :

  • Identify high potential areas in your markets (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden) and go there to develop TEMO’s presence ;
  • Organize and manage prospecting plans to develop this presence via the BtoB circuit: resellers, agents, distributors (use all relevant relays: trade shows, tours, phone, etc.) ;
  • Develop TEMO’s turnover and market share in BtoB ;
  • Ensure competitive intelligence on your sector by providing useful information for TEMO’s development and be a source of recommendations to develop the brand.

Business management :

  • In close collaboration with our sales manager, negotiate terms and conditions with stores, distributors and agents in target countries ;
  • Ensure the good follow-up and the evolution of the sales in your development area (ensure the reporting to the sales manager: analysis of the turnover, the visibility and the market shares of TEMO of the various distribution circuits) ;

Network animation :

  • Ensure the animation of the network (control of the technicality of the TEMO products and training of the resellers) ;
  • Plan and lead field sales actions with the stores and/or our marketing team ;
  • Be a brand ambassador.

  • You are passionate about boating and sail regularly ;
  • You have done studies related to international commercial product development, and network animation ;
  • You love to speak English or even a third language (German, Spanish or Italian) ;
  • Tools like Customer Relationship Management and in particular Odoo have no secrets for you ;
  • Your maturity and entrepreneurial spirit will undoubtedly be essential in your ability to easily take over the position.

Hiring process

Applications will be reviewed until December 16, 2022. First, our sales manager will propose a telephone or video interview. Then, an exchange with TEMO’s co-managers will be organized.

Ideal start of the job : January 3, 2023 for 12 months.
