The position: Executive Assistant for the CFO
The position is located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen. Some travel is required.
The ideal candidate:
As ideal for the position you are thorough and structured, with excellent administrative skills. You have minimum 5 years of working experience, preferable within the area of administration. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience from working as an executive assistant at a qualified level in an international organisation. There will be periods that will require flexibility during unsociable working hours since the work load varies.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be to support the CFO with:
Booking of meetings, external & internal contacts – you will be responsible for the calendar
Planning and booking of business trips incl. expense reports
Handling of incoming inquiries, prepare meetings including materials for the meetings and prepare meeting rooms
To support 3-4 other members of the company with:
Primarily booking of business trips incl. expense reports
Booking and preparing of meetings
Some of your key characteristics include:
Experience from working with top executives and high level corporate projects/ events
Fluent in Swedish and English – verbal and written – is a prerequisite for your success in this role
Strong IT skills working with various Office-programs
As a person you are positive, service-minded, down-to-earth and love what you do.
You have a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
You have very good organisational skills, you work independently, are driven and take personal responsibility for your work area.
You have the ability to prioritise and handle support issues for several different executives.
You like working at a high tempo and handling several different work assignments in parallel.
We also believe you are accustomed to take the initiative, and you have the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
You are a problem solver and accustomed to handle tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
