Position Summary
GMG EnviroSafe provides EPA and OSHA compliance expertise and personal support to the automotive repair industry across the country. Vendor Coordinator of GMG EnviroSafe is responsible for scheduling services with 3rdparties for our clients and meet deadlines within our National Account team to ensure our customer’s needs are resolved promptly.
Essential Functions
- Monitor the ticketing system to identify any new work assignments
- Organize and schedule assignments in a timely matter, remind and follow up with vendors
- Create and maintain good relationships with clients and vendors
- Assist clients with ordering regulatory compliant equipment
- Resolve service appointments conflicts with vendors and clients
- Produce and process schedules and reports as requested by clients and management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years working in a scheduler/procurement support role
- Ability to work from home: functional computer, high-speed internet connection, and autonomous time management
- High level of proficiency with Adobe PDF and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft teams a plus.
- Strong communication skills and detail orientated
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
