Job Summary:

PACE Vendor Credentialing (VC) Specialist is responsible for vendor credentialing for all associates, field and non-field facing, within Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS). As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), on Vendor Credentialing trends, policies, and requirements that may affect Terumo associates. This role is also responsible to maintain and update the VC Program curriculum, for the day-to-day management of the VC Program, direct oversight of our vendor contracts and vendors, is a liaison to the associates enrolled in the VC program and manages medical clinics for the programs. This role will also assist in other team functions, such as the CE Program offered to HCPs by our field teams.

Job Details:

Responsible for administering, promoting and supporting vendor credentialing best practices and processes for our field-based and HQ employees, which include solid understanding, interpretation and enforcement of vendor credentialing processes.

Create, develop, and execute updated training curriculums for Terumo Associates that meet or exceed the VC authorities’ requirements.

Make recommendations on enhancements to the program and how to expand the program to other divisions at Terumo.

Manage the end-to-end process for vendor credentialing for all associates from hire date and beyond, which may include but are not limited to, tracking training requirements of all associate, enhancement of process documentation, update training materials, collaborate with key stakeholders (legal, sales, and HR).

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions with regards to associate’s questions.

Manage the Vendor Credentialing budget appropriately while maintaining highest standards for vendors or partnering organizations that are utilized. This could include vendor management of the VC groups and VC partners.

Interface with Terumo Interventional Systems PACE and field clinical group to collect CE certification records, communicate all certification requirements and provide certification records of HCPs to field associates and upon request.

Understand and implement the changing landscapes for CE programs and work with the CE governing bodies, such as ASRT.

Conduct field visits with territory managers and field clinicals to remain abreast of the VC, industry, clinical, product and customer trends.

Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all TMC Quality Systems requirements. This includes but is not limited to the prompt recognition and forwarding of customer complaints (i.e. adverse events, product performance reports, etc.) to Quality Assurance (QA), and by ensuring all promotional messag…
