Seeking a strategic thought leader and seasoned communications professional responsible for developing strategic plans and innovative communications campaigns to support enterprise and HR communications initiatives. Partner with executives, leaders and business groups to successfully implement communication objectives and strategies to drive meaningful results. Serves as an influential Corporate Communications department leader.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic communications consulting in support of enterprise and HR objectives

Shape our employee experience communications strategy

Consult with leaders on strategies to meet their needs, along with those of the company and our audiences.

Bring a company-wide view to developing strategies and recommendations and ensure messaging is integrated and aligned across communications channels.

Influence decision-making to enhance the employee experience.

Work across Internal Communications to prioritize and sequence communications and messages.

Evaluate the effectiveness of communications in meeting audience and business partner needs. Effectively connect communications efforts to business objectives and results, and partner with leaders to adjust where necessary.

Shape enterprise editorial plan

In collaboration with Communications leadership team, shape the enterprise editorial strategy, developing an appropriately segmented approach to messaging, aligned with company priorities

Develop compelling, relevant meeting / conference / event agendas, aligned to our enterprise priorities and designed to engage employees

Provide communications counsel for senior leaders

Serve as trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders across the enterprise

Proactively develop and deliver compelling, consistent, integrated message strategies for leaders and employees.

Lead Enterprise / HR Communications Team to deliver high-value communications support

Provide leadership and support for cross-organizational communications projects.

Ensure we have the right resources, aligned appropriately to meet the needs of the enterprise.

Provide day-to-day leadership for the teams supporting our enterprise and HR communications functions.

Required Qualifications

College or equivalent

10 plus years of relevant experience

Understanding of developing strategic comm plans, formats and technical platforms to drive effective communication delivery.

Excellent working knowledge of financial industry.

Proven success in managing multiple-channel communications.

People leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strategic thought leadership skills balanced with a strong attention to detail.
