An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Momentum Aftermarket team.

Momentum Instore live to deliver on our client’s instore brand experiences. We’ve worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years.

Reporting into our Warehouse Team Leader the Warehouse Supervisor will take responsibility for receiving and dispatching Company and/or Client goods and ensuring operational activities are implemented to deliver exceptional client support. They will also be responsible for completing all warehouse activities and manage expectations while ensuring all operational objectives are fully achieved.

Key Accountabilities:
Ensure that all H&S legislation is adhered to and procedures are in place for all department activities.

Ensure the put-away process for receipting of all Client Owned Stock happens to agreed timescales

Ensure that Spares are picked, packed & despatched to Client KPI / SLA

Ensure that Assembly of Bulk Spares jobs are completed to agreed timescales in order for parts to be available for call-off

Ensure that Testers are picked, packed and despatched to agreed SLA.

Ensure stock accuracy of all stocks in the department such that ‘loss’ is

Liaise daily with Customer Service Team to ensure that priorities are known and resource aligned to these.

The successful candidate must have experience of using MS Office packages. If you have strong organisational skills and you have experience in this field you could be the person we are looking for!
