About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse/Retail Assistant to join our team and support the smooth operation of our warehouse. In addition to your primary role in the warehouse, you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our retail environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Receiving and unpacking incoming stock

Inspecting and verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing stock

Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse

Picking and packing orders

Loading and unloading deliveries

Operating forklift (training provided)

Assisting with inventory control and management

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Providing excellent customer service in the retail environment

Effectively promoting and selling products

About you

If you have experience then that’s great ! But we also have the resources to train people new to the industry.
