About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Digital Content, the Website Content Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization, will work as both a team player and individual contributor to maximize performance of the web properties under the umbrella of ZoomInfo brand.

What does that mean?

Help develop and produce dynamic content aligned with our growing portfolio of go-to-market solutions to educate, engage and optimize conversion rates from over _ monthly unique visitors who visit ZoomInfo’s website.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCES

Prior experience of 5+ years of content marketing experience (Inbound experience preferred)

Experience working with stakeholders within and outside of the marketing department, including analytics and operations, design, product marketing, and sales leadership

Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills

Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop

Analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.

Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop A/B tests

Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions

Client account management experience

Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention
