Website/Lead Manager – Hybrid working!

Our multi-award winning client is currently seeking an experienced Website Lead/Manager to join their innovative team as they continue to grow and push the boundaries within their industry.

As a detailed focussed problem solver you will take ownership of the company’s website and CRM/CMS platforms demonstrating your excellent understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.

Key Skills and responsibilities:
Driving website conversions, CTA’s and website traffic

Tracking and reporting of website analytics to the leadership team

Website content updates

Development of website style and navigation

Testing of all new releases

Improving website user experience

Understanding user behaviour and translating into an intuitive layout for a seamless web experience, resulting in higher conversion rates

Creation and editing of graphics and video content to optimise for web, all within brand guidelines

Application of new code releases and feature updates

Working closely with marketing and social media team

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Full time – Monday – Friday

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000
