About the team

The SAP Academy for Sales was founded in Q4 2013 with a mission to bring in high potential early talent and train and develop them to be the next generation sales force at SAP.

The Field Transformation & Readiness organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the nine-month Academy program and continue to support the development journey of these associates across a three-year journey. Our core focus is to increase sales productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in sales.

The role

The scope of this position will be global, which will give you an opportunity to be exposed to various cultures and will have you interact with people on a day-to-day basis.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Support tracking, analyzing and reporting data by creating and maintaining spreadsheets/dashboards

Zoom and MS Teams meeting production

Build and edit compelling and effective content (e.g., presentations, websites, videos) for stakeholder engagement

Work on project teams to support enablement, integration, and usage of new tools and methods (Mural, Mentimeter, Airtable, Sharepoint)

Provide coordination support for events (workshops, learning summits).

Work as part of a working student community to collaboratively contribute to team projects & assigned tasks at the right time, cost and quality

Role requirements

Student (f/m/d) at a university

Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Project Management, related

Computer skills: Microsoft Suite of products (Excel and Powerpoint strongly preferred)

Language skills: Fluent English, Conversational German a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Able to operate with agility and flexibility, strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to balance multiple tasks/responsibilities.

High level of motivation

Previous internship/working student assignment a plus
